My husband and I had our 2013 Camaro sitting in the garage for about two years. My husband and I took it to Ichiban and had a full inspection done and found the issues on my Husband steering wheel that two other shops could not figure out. Ichiban handled our car with care and Even went above and beyond what we initially requested to have done it shows that they really care about the product and the quality that they are delivering. My husband and I appreciate everyone at Ichiban autos and will continue to have our car services with them

I needed a water pump replaced on my Toyota Highlander, after hearing about my son's experience with Ichiban Auto in Fort Worth. I decided to check them out. I spoke with Ray Sosa, and he is very knowledgeable. He quoted me a reasonable price, being careful to cover all parts that did or might need replacing. He provided a base quote and then added the other item that might be needed. The work was finished within the time he quoted (1 day), and the quote came in spot on. Another thing I liked about them is they use original equipment parts when available, giving peace of mind. Their warranty was excellent. I will definitely use them again! Keith Thompson

My engine light came on and my car was not performing well. So I tried Ichiban because they had good reviews on my Google search. I was pleasantly surprised as too how knowledgeable and informative the service managers were. No high pressure sales pitch to perform unnecessary work. The prices were very reasonable and my car runs great again. They did communicate helpful tips as to how to keep my car running great with timely service as too avoid costly future issues and repairs. I highly recommend Ichiban!

Took my car in to get it fixed and they had it back to me in less then a week, was absolutely amazed with the quality of work and the kindness and cooperation of their staff. Special shout out to William for helping me figure stuff out with my warranty!

I can’t say enough kind things about Ichiban Autos. I’ve been going to them throughout my entire college experience and have been in and out of their shop more times than I can count, and every single visit has been nothing but positive. The team is incredibly helpful, kind, and truly hands-on. They always take the time to explain things clearly, offer real solutions, and go above and beyond to make sure I’m taken care of. As a student who doesn’t know much about cars, they’ve made my life completely seamless and stress-free. I am so grateful for the care, honesty, and effort they put into their work. I couldn’t recommend them enough and trust them wholeheartedly.

Someone reversed into my car and I needed an entirely new front bumper. They were fantastic throughout the process. They quoted me within the same day, and the car was fixed in less than a week. I’d highly recommend to anyone, but especially students as they are trustworthy and kind!!
